Hand in Hand Internationale Humanitäre Hilfe e.V. is committed to improving the living conditions of people in need worldwide. Our mission is to create hope and prospects through sustainable projects and targeted support. We firmly believe that everyone has the right to a dignified life.

Our projects

We are involved in various areas in order to meet people’s needs:

Education

We support the construction and equipping of schools to give children and young people access to education. We also promote individual development and future opportunities through scholarship programs and tutoring projects.
Health

We improve healthcare in underserved regions through medical camps, the provision of medicines and the construction of health centers. Prevention programs and awareness campaigns contribute to long-term health promotion.
Water and hygiene

The construction of wells and sanitary facilities ensures clean drinking water and better hygiene conditions. Training courses on hygiene and water treatment help to prevent diseases and improve the quality of life.
Disaster relief

In crisis situations, we provide fast and effective aid to meet the immediate needs of those affected. Our emergency teams are deployed worldwide to help with natural disasters, conflicts and humanitarian crises.
Food security

We support agricultural projects and nutrition programs to fight hunger and improve food security. Through training and resources, we promote sustainable farming methods and community self-sufficiency.
